My God doesn't live at a megachurch or work with megalomaniacs so unfortunately they won't be getting my money. There is no question that there are some good intending people either attending or giving to these churches, but that doesn't make the organization any different. Thank God I don't live in a theocracy. (My atheist friends can substitute "goodness" for "God" since I know they are glad we don't live in a theocracy as well.)

God dwells within each true Christian because within each Christian resides the Holy Spirit of God as a Gift from God as foretold by Jesus Christ. That gift of the Holy Spirit enables the Christians to communicate with God, to understand Spiritual truths and Spiritual things. Additionally the Holy Spirit of God provides proof, to that Christian, that they are truly saved and a Christian.

OK, but Brother Warren is the TRUE voice of Jesus. So, his is the TRUE house of the Lord.

Of this, I have faith. Checkmate again, little churchers!

Mr. Warren is no more a voice of my God than my St. Bernard in the dog pen behind the house. One may bark louder than the other, but I'm not sure they know what they are barking about.

Why just the other day a church was shot up by a gunman. It would seem if this "god" was so powerful, his followers could at least seek refuge in "his" house.

Oh, they have an answer: Nate Adams, the executive director of the Illinois Baptist State Association, where Winters was a former president, released a statement asking for people to pray for the community.

"Our great God is not surprised by this, or anything," Adams said. "That He allows evil and free will to have their way in tragedies like this is a mystery in many ways. But we know we can trust Him no matter what, and draw close to Him in any circumstances."

Can you imagine going through life having to make excuses for God? "Great God?" You have to be kidding me. What would a bad god be like if this guy is "Great?"
I think it could be argued that for those agnostics, atheists and other non-believers that there is no God and God therefore doesn't exist at least in their life and world at least up until death. No one, not even Christians can know for certainty what happens after death other than faith that the soul/spirit leaves the body or enters the spiritual world from the physical world. For the Christian that question has no merit for the indwelling Holy Spirit of God is ever present with the believer.

The only evidence or interaction that a non-believer has with God is therefore at the point and time of conviction of the Holy Spirit of God. Then only can the non-believer experience what it is to be in the presence of God's Power and Grace but upon rejecting God's calling then the emptiness of "no God" is ever present in their lives therefore to them God doesn't exist.
