I have noticed some very unusual and quite funny screen names used on this forum. Some of them, I cannot figure out. I was just wondering, how did you come to use your screen name in this forum? I'll start, My name is nothing special, no special thinking on my part, part laziness, part easy, mine is my First Name and Last name initial. What is behind yours?
"I AM A 'NONNA' AGAIN, MY BRAND NEW GRANDSON WAS BORN ON THE 13TH OF MARCH, 2009. HE IS AN ABSOLUTE ANGEL, AND I LOVE MY LITTLE MAN SO MUCH. I AM ALSO A "NONNA' AGAIN, MY THIRD GRANDCHILD, OLIVIA MICHELLE, WAS BORN ON MARCH 22, 2010. SHE IS AN ABSOLUTELY DOLL. I'M SO LUCKY TO BE BLESSED WITH THESE 3 ANGELS. I GET THE PRIVILEGE TO KEEP WILL, WHO IS ALMOST TWO YEARS OLD NOW, LOVE THEM GRANDBABIES. OF COURSE, I ALSO HAVE MY FIRST GRANDDAUGHTER, HANNAH BROOK, WHO IS NOW 6 YEARS OLD AND IS GOING TO KINDERGARTEN. BOY, HOW TIME FLIES. "Please don't hate me before You get a chance to meet me" You may be surprised, I'm actually a nice person"

Mine comes from the fact that I am addicted to reading - got to be doing it in one form or another: a book, the newspaper, a magazine, the Bible, on the computer (like this forum). I read while riding in the car, waiting on appointments, at the table (have resorted to reading the cereal boxes when nothing else is available), in bed. I guess you get the point. :-)
I chose mine because I am a huge fan of our HOME team. I am also a fan of teams from our state, including Alabama and Auburn (yes, I'm one of those people that roots for them both). To be honest, I've really never understood why more people don't have UNA flags and stickers on their vehicles, along with the others. Even though they are in different divisions, they need our support.
It's really my name. I had never posted on forums before coming here & didn't think about using something clever.

I was reading TD online & a thread title over to the side caught my eye...well, ticked me off actually & I was hooked shortly thereafter.

I actually joined using my full name until the husband, the computer guru, saw it & had a come apart. Big Grin

I do the same thing! When I was younger (prob. around age 10) I used to read the shampoo bottles in the shower!
My boyfriend nicknamed me Moonpie.. I really don't know why, I guess cause he loves 'em so much Wink. Everyone calls me Moonpie now, and what is funny is that noone knows that when he started calling me Moonpie Mandie, I started calling him Jelly Jay... it was just cute, ya know? His co-workers even give him mini-moonpies to give to me cause I am a bit on the small side!
I registered with the TD using an old internet e-mail address. All I wanted to do was read past the first page, don't know if there even was a forum at the time.
Some years later, I was reading an article and it had a place to click to make a comment on the article. I clicked, and commented. When it posted, it used the old e-mail name. I just never bothered to change it, although I have thought about doing so several times.
I am a child of the 60's and have always been a huge Bob Dylan fan , so when his son Jakob and The Wallflowers started recording I could relate to their music. My two favorite Wallflower tracks are One Headlight and 6th Ave. Heartache. I lost my SO earlier this year after her ten year battle with Addison's Disease was lost.......Sooooo here I sit ( a old hippie) typing on my laptop listening to THE WALLFLOWERS with a tear in my eye.......I am ONE HEADLIGHT.
