On his nationally syndicated radio talk show Tuesday, host Mark Levin briefly discussed President Donald Trump and the Russia investigation, asking his audience, “[W]hat’s going on with Marco Rubio?”

“Now, what’s going on with Marco Rubio?” asked Mark Levin.

“Now how stupid is this?” Levin questioned later in his show. “We have a special counsel investigating the Trump family, Trump businesses, the Trump campaign, the Trump transition. We have no special counsel investigating anything related to the Russians and the DNC to the Russians and Hilary and Bill Clinton and all the rest of it. None. So, I don’t know what Marco Rubio’s problem is. He hasn’t seen anything, so I guess there’s nothing to see over there at the Senate Intelligence Committee.”

Mark Levin’s comments stem from an interview between Marco Rubio and Martha Raddatz on ABC News This Week Sunday, wherein Marco Rubio suggested that there was “no evidence” that the FBI spied on the Trump campaign but that instead the focus was on “individuals with a history of links to Russia that were concerning.”

Below is a transcript of Mark Levin’s remarks on his show Tuesday:

Mark Levin: “Now, what’s going on with Marco Rubio? I want you to listen to this. This is Marco Rubio on ABC’s This Week’s Sunday [sic] with Martha Raddatz, the friend of the Obamas.

“Cut one, go.”

ABC’s Martha Raddatz: “Based on what you have seen, is the president telling the truth?”

Sen. Marco Rubio: “So, I think the president is facing these, and his lawyers, are reacting, they’re responding to what they’re facing and the things that are happening to them.

“I can tell you what I know: Number one, if there is an [sic] FBI informant, or any sort of inappropriate action that’s been taken, targeting a political campaign, the president’s or any, we want to know about it, and it should be punished.

“As far as what I have seen to date, it appears that there was an investigation not of the campaign, but of certain individuals who have a history that we should be suspicious of, that predate the presidential campaign of 2015, 2016, and when individuals like that are in the orbit of a major political campaign in America, the FBI, who is in charge of counterintelligence investigations, should look at people like that.”

Levin: “Really? Really, they should look at people like that? And how should they look at them? Keep it right there. How should they look at them? With a FISA warrant, ginned up through opposition research paid by the Hillary Clinton campaign and the DNC? Is that how we should look at them?

“How about this: How about unmasking? How about unmasking of individuals in Trump world and leaking their names to the media? Is that how we should look into them?

“Well, let me ask you this: How about informants, confidential informants? Those are called spies, and we all know it. And I’m sick and tired of the games with the nomenclature. Spies, is that how we’re supposed to do it Senator Rubio?

“And what’s the pretext here? That Carter Page has gone to seminars in Russia? I’m quite serious. That the Trumps may have tried to do, or did, business in Russia? So that’s the basis for a counterintelligence investigation where you throw the whole sink, kitchen sink, a FISA warrant?”
