Why is my IP # Blocked, ?

I was going to reply to a post in the News section & I tryed a few times , each time, a message came up that my IP # had been Blocked, , Now this is only happeneing in the News Section , because I did post a reply in an other section not long ago & no Problem . I sure don't know of anything I did wrong . I am still new at this, so please someone help !

That has happened to me also, all i did was to click off the site completely, Get back on it, and poof it's gone, I think a lot of people have had problems with it. Don't worry it's probably just a mistake.
