We all remember how the Democrats, Obama and Congress, passed the Healthcare bill, right? It was deemed passed without actually voting on it ( a great demonstration of democracy ).

Now Obama is going to name a Health Official to oversee and administer this new law and apparently is going to bypass congress in doing so. Can't have a vote on something as important as this.

What I'd like to know is where are all the folks that would have been yelling for Bush's impeachment if he had done anything of this nature? Where are all the folks that are for the working guys ... that lambasted Republicans for politics as usual or not listening to the American voter/people?

Well your party is in total power, total control now (except for that lone vote that would allow the Republicans to filibuster) so how do we get around a problem like Democracy or need to vote on things?

Deem them to pass or bypass the voting all together. And people ( hard core Democrats ) can't see that our country is in REAL trouble and danger with their leaders in power.

Be as the Bereans ( Acts 17:11 )

Agreed, and you are correct however, unless I'm totally wrong Bush never made such an appointment to a Czar position and not one overseeing such a huge program such as healthcare will be. I don't remember Bush appointing Czars like Obama has but the point of recess appointments is well taken as all Presidents do and did it.
