GS employees are crony capitalists, not free market capitalists. Rand was a disciple of the free market. The character Wesley Mouch, an ostensible capitalist, who actually depended on government regulation and largess would be a better example of a character she despised. Rand was best as a satirist of the left and their hangers-on.
The present administration are contains a plethora of either GS employees or their bought and paid for politicians. Obama, alone, received on $994,000 from GS.
never read anything she wrote. she didn't interest me. still doesn't. i was told ' oh you HAVE to read her' by someone who thinks Melville and hemmingway were the be all end all of literature. i didn't really enjoy anything hemmingway wrote, and i belive moby dick to be the most god awful pile of tripe to ever be published, and any school that still requires students to read it are commiting the worst levle of child abuse - right up there with cattle prods and blanket parties.
but that's only my opinion, i could be wrong
so i have no idea whether or not the guy interpreted rand correctly or not...
