It's being reported that Will Muschamp has accepted the Auburn head coach's job. Muschamp has apparently emphatically denied this claim. Anyone know for sure?

I heard from a friend last night that it was "rumored"...I've not been able to find anything about it, though. I would LOVE for someone to be able to confirm this!
Sporting News first posted the headline that Will would indeed be the new coach at Auburn, but has since change the headline to say that Muschamp has denied this report.
I have a friend who is his wife's relative. How much it it worth to you guys?

Muschamp rumor is trash... some idiot reporter trying to "get the scoop". for any AU fans that want him.....
#1... his sorry tail jumped ship last year because Texas promised him the world... screw him.
#2... he has ZERO head coaching experience
#3... Hell, Paul Rhodes' defense was better than Mushcamp's anyway. The stats don't show it because the offense buried Auburn this year, but as a team D..Auburn was technically much better this year... especially the DB's... who whoulda thunk that if you turn and look at the ball you can make a play on it????
