LOLOLOLO. I admit I dont give a damm. Leave him off the ballot in AlObama, Mississippee, Tennessee and Texass too.

Ditzy, please quote the supreme court decision this is based on. In several of the birther decisions, the plaintiff was denied, because the courts ruled they had no standing. Only, the State governments had standing.
