The FEC will declare the election of POTUS in AZ to be invalid if the candidate from the Dem Party is denied being on the ballot, meaning no electors will be sent to the electoral college from the state. So go right ahead.

Ditzy, please quote the supreme court decision this is based on. In several of the birther decisions, the plaintiff was denied, because the courts ruled they had no standing. Only, the State governments had standing.
