Kapanke has 10 days after the filing to challenge signatures. If enough petitions are found to be valid, there will be an primary election six Tuesdays after that decision; four weeks after that, there will be a general election.

Voters have changed their minds. Voters are also changing their minds about the President, but not in the way that you would like. By the time the Republicans figure out what their move to the extreme right and the Tea Baggers have done for them, the 2012 election will be over, and they will have lost the Presidency again as well as the House.
