K.S. I love what you have to say at times. However, Brenten is serving our country and may be going back to "the sand box" as our vets call it .I personaly don't think I would enjoy an AK 47 being fired in my direction.I WILL allow him a little slack in his post. I know I haven't laid my life on the line for some New York writer to be able to critize me because I errored on the side of caution. And saved his American life. He could have been left behind. God Bless The USA

Common folks, you know don't split hair

maybe you need to back up
and see it from afar.
Cute, but I must disagree.
If I want constant irritation, I'll get a pet mosquito.
I have my own list of shortcomings, but getting along with others is not one of them. I can get along with just about anybody. So, if I choose to use the "ignore" feature, it is with good reason.

Good people don't lie!
No problem Joy,I was only saying that sometimes we have to be like a duck and let it roll off our backs. Quack quack
Mott I will never Block your post. I may not respond but I won't block you.

I'm having fun themax. Isn't it funny how people take these message boards so seriously? Its nice to meet a normal person...thx.
Funny you saying that, themax. How about a riddle? I was just reading:
The honeyguide is a small African bird that likes beeswax. It has developed a unique relationship with an animal called the honey badger. When the honeyguide finds a bees’ nest, it calls the badger to the right tree. The badger climbs up, rips out the nest and eats the honey. Its thick skin protects it from stings. The honeyguide can then feed on the beeswax.
I have something in common with the honeyguide.
You have something in common with the badger.
Get it?

Corndog, the same thing applys I was taught, as a child, to have respect for the men in uniform, that were willing to put their lives at risk for us. In this forum we may be able to call names, make false remarks or at least makes remarks that suits ones own agenda. I do not know Brentenman or who his real ID is. What I DO KNOW is I RESPECT the job he is doing. So you don't have to eat a cameldog washed down with goatmilk.
Hmmmm...scratch that first hint, but you definately have something in common with the badger and I do not.
It's possible I'm getting a little punchy...past by bedtime.

In all seriousness, it makes for much better reading of the threads now that I have ignored the copier of my flag avatar.
Ignoring someone doesn't make you closed minded. After trying to reason with someone who doesn't use reasoning they don't leave you any option, so it is really their own actions that get them left out of the conversation.
Joy, here is your answer. I am so stupid I will wade into battle and allow others to take the spoils while I take the stings.
Joy, I think I miss read your post I'll have to look at it in the morn.
Oh no! Okay, one more hint. It is definately complimentary to you...NOT an insult.
I must learn to not get on here late at night. I invariably embarrass myself.

Sorry, Joy, but I have no idea. Guess I need to spend more time watching Animal Planet.
LOL...I just meant your skin is obviously thicker than mine. Again, no more late night posting for me. From now on, once I enter a state of goofy, I'm going to bed.
After SAYING that I didn't want to block anyone, after today's happenings, I feel like I HAVE to... Someone on this board has tried to cause problems with a couple of us, and I put that trouble-maker on IGNORE.
Zing that went right over my head. LOL Thanks Joy, I try to look at things in a way that will help me grow as a person. BUT, there are certian things that do create a burr under my saddle. But if we all thought the same way, believed the same things, What would be the use of a forum like this?
It's alright to stir the pot, just don't forget to add ingredents when one does. I try, and so do you.

themax...I have the highest respect for our men in uniform...as I also work for the gov....But just because the man is in uniform does not mean he cannot be an A**HOLE!
Sometimes I am more frightened by some of the people serving in the military than I am about the enemy! I guess they are so desperate to recruit that they don't give a whit about a person's character.
I served in our army...four years and a tour in Vietnam...met a lot of 'characters'...some of them died....from some of your previous post I would think that you probably wouldn't want to be in the army...
