And if you live in the South in a Republican state--meaning ANY state in the South--you are in a Republican state because it was Democrats, led by Lyndon Johnson, who got legislation passed that desegregated places of public accommodation and who enacted legislation guaranteeing voting rights to blacks and other minorities. Voters in the South, offended by such LIBERALISM, defected to the Republican Party because key elements their precious and coveted "Southern Way of Life" had been taken away from them by those LIBERAL Democrats.

The Democrats were always the party of white supremacy and judging by they way they fight to keep the black man on the dole, I'd say they still are.
